Coil NC feeder features:

1. The left and right moving working frame controlled by servo motor is added to adjust the position of stamping disc through yaw displacement.

2. Multiple shifts can be carried out according to the blanking diameter of the disc to ensure that the circles cut each other and maximize the utilization rate of the material.

3. If the sizes of blanking discs are different, the arrangement angle can be calculated automatically to ensure maximum material saving.

4. A set of Mitsubishi PLC is used to control two sets of electric control systems of Yaskawa (Mitsubishi) servo motor, and a set of servo motor system relates to the feeding drum with synchronous pulley to realize accurate control of the feeding drum; Another set of servo motor system relates to Taiwan Shangyin precision roller screw with synchronous pulley to complete accurate left-right movement. In the process of continuous stamping, the minimum distance between edges can be set within 0.5mm, and the feeding error can be controlled within ± 0.08mm to meet higher and higher processing requirements.
