2. The feeding relaxation adopts pneumatic compression relaxation, which can produce enough tension to send the material to the straightening roller and rotate synchronously.

3. A flattening device is installed at the front end of the straightening feeding roller to ensure that the material head enters the straightening wheel smoothly.

4. The straightening drum adopts a high-power motor with worm gear reducer, and the sprocket chain is used to transfer the leveling materials to the straightener machine, which can produce a large leveling force.
