JM4 series precision strip straightening machine features:

1. The precision leveling machine adopts the correction method of parallel roller dislocation and pressure, with 19 leveling rollers (arranged 9 on the top and 10 on the bottom), which is applicable to the leveling of 0.5 4.5 mm stainless steel, copper, iron, aluminum, and other thin plate materials, and can achieve perfect leveling effect.

2. The roller adjustment adopts the dial gauge adjustment method, which does not need additional correction. The debugging is simpler and more accurate, and the service life is longer.

3. The leveling roller is made of bearing steel. After heat treatment and quenching HRC 60 , it is plated with hard chromium and then grinded. It has high hardness, wear resistance and long service life.

4. The bearings on both sides of the roller are oil-free.
