1. The leveling wheels are all made of SUJ2 imported materials, heat treated at about HRC60 , then plated with hard chromium and ground to ensure the uniformity of hard chromium layer and the cylindricity tolerance of each shaft, high hardness, high wear resistance and long service life.

2. The leveling wheel adopts a total of 19 structures with 9 upper and 10 lower, which can better meet the leveling requirements of different materials.

3. The upper and lower leveling rollers are fully driven by gears to effectively avoid scratches, scratches and other defects.

4. The leveling adjustment of the machine adopts a floating four-point balance fine adjustment device with a dial indicator, which can quickly find the leveling position.
