1. This series of straightening machine is specially designed to straighten 0.3-2.6mm thin materials such as stainless steel, copper, iron and aluminum, which can achieve perfect leveling effect.

2. The uncoiling and leveling machines are integrated, saving space, fast and convenient operation, variable frequency speed regulation and more stable operation.

3. The straightening wheels are all made of SUJ2 imported materials, heat treated at about HRC60 , then plated with hard chromium and ground to ensure the uniformity of hard chromium layer and the cylindricity tolerance of each shaft, high hardness, high wear resistance and long service life.

4. The correction and adjustment of the machine adopts a floating four-point balance fine adjustment device with a dial indicator, which can quickly find the leveling position.

5. In addition to the upper and lower correction rollers, the correction auxiliary wheels can be installed inside the correction machine to prevent the correction rollers from bending and deformation due to excessive pressure, strengthen the correction strength and service life of the correction rollers, and improve the flatness requirements of the plate surface.

6. The correction speed is controlled by the frequency converter, which can be adjusted freely with the feeding speed.

7. The uncoiling arc detection adopts metal induction + photoelectric double detection mode, which is suitable for the uncoiling control of various coating materials.

8. Adopt the pneumatic liftable design of the correction part.

9. The main shaft can be equipped with hydraulic expansion to make the expansion more flexible and easier.
